Your Shout: CN RSEE's future

Once again, Putin unveiled to the country a new advertising law: ads in the middle of shows will be banned from between 19:00 and 23:00 on weekdays and between 11:00 and 23:00 on weekends and national holidays. This follows on from a previous law that bans ads from cable and satellite channels with a Roskomnadzor license.
In light of those events, here are my suggestions for Cartoon Network in Russia and the former USSR.
Russia: The channel will become terrestrial in order to become more profitable. Most of the channel's ownership goes to Prof-Media, which owns 2X2, a channel that already aired some CN shows. The new CN RU would be subject to "terrestrial laws", by which I mean airing stuff like the president's New Year's Eve before midnight.
Central Asia: Most likely a separate version of CN RU programmed from Astana. A Kazakh website will be registered.
Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: I decided that CN CEE (aka CN HU+RO) could be viable instead of CN NU. They could add a Russian audio track as well.
Ukraine: Separate feed for Ukraine. Full dubs will be used instead of lectors. The feed will be trilingual (English, Russian and Ukrainian), but I think that a quadrilingual feed (the aforementioned languages + Polish because the west of Ukraine used to be theirs) is too much.
Moldova: Stay it as it is. They have CN CEE because their official language is Romanian. The Russian audio track could be added if the Baltic nations switch to that feed.
Belarus: They could get CN RU but with notable differences: the channel could be a sub-feed (CN BY) airing only in Russian, with localized ads and events.
Bulgaria: CN RSEE's coverage area would be reduced to just the Bulgarian territory.
Albania and Kosovo: As previously stated in July, CN HQ with an Albanian audio track.
Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia and Macedonia: CN CEE, probably with a Serbian audio track as well.
